I heard the heart beat

I went to my first doctors apointment yesterday and heard the little heart beat. It was very quiet but it was there! Doctor says everything is looking good and that I am probably farther along than the scientific calculations say so. Maybe 11-12 weeks or so. That means I am due anytime between November 10-21. JL says mom needs to be here as of mid-September, just in case... so get looking at tickets! Everybody else needs to start thinking about Christmas in Montreal, perhaps? What's nicer than some peaceful evenings by the open fire, chestnuts roasting, Christmas carols playing softly in the background, caulic-y baby screaming and a terrible two needing attenting and throwing temper tantrums.
